Mediterranean inspired
A unique aspect driven design conceived around a central sparkling pool, Glenelg is inspired by Mediterranean sensibilities. Designed as a cooling entertaining space for Summer and a moving, light reflective water feature throughout every season, the central pool design was created to connect living spaces in a resort-like setting.
A vast first level consists of living, dining and kitchen zones, with expansive commercial double glazing maximising views to the central yard. Acting as an extension of the interior, a chef’s outdoor kitchen and lounge area adjoins the living wing. A second storey features a private retreat with library and <four> roomy bedrooms, all with full-height windows facing to leafy views. Detailed touches, like walled internal gardens bring natural light into both kitchen and master bathroom, allowing nature’s beauty to unfold throughout the living experience. A premium interior palette of carefully selected materials and luxury features, including games room complete with billiards, bar and temperature-controlled glass wine cellar, transform the home into something truly special.
