This custom hillside build was engineered with one goal in mind; to frame unbeatable panoramic views over Adelaide. By pairing floor-to-ceiling commercial double-glazed windows with superior insulation and passive design principles, we’ve created a home that’s as comfortable as it aesthetically appealing.
The low-profile, heavily veined marble hearth and a light-absorbing matte black entertainment wall, ensures that the shifting coastal views remain the absolute centrepiece of the home.
In the kitchen-living area, a dropped bulkhead clad in rich timber battens adds warmth, depth, and acoustic softness overhead. Sleek, monochromatic cabinetry in deep black woodgrain, an engineered stone island bench with floating waterfall edge and brushed brass tapware, inject a pop of warmth against the moody backdrop. Premium, wide-board light oak flooring brings natural contrast and ties the open-plan layout together. Further integrating with the view is the ensuite. Featuring a dramatic, textured charcoal stone bath positioned perfectly against a frameless glass corner window, it transforms the rolling hills landscape into a stunning backdrop and creates a private escape.
