Thank you for considering James Michael Homes as your partner in building your new home. As my name may suggest, I am the Michael in James Michael Homes and am a director and the head of construction. As an engineer I have a passion for detail and building your home is no exception.
I am always driven to transform James’ design vision for your home into a reality. I do so by focusing on ensuring every aspect of your home is built to the highest standards. Together with my team of exceptional site supervisors and tradespeople, we plan each stage of the build and invite you along for the journey.
I welcome your input throughout. From ensuring the home structure is built to each and every specification, to the finishing of your home, ensuring your selections and interior design such as your kitchen, bathrooms, terrace and outdoor entertaining are all as you envisioned them to be. From your initial inquiry, you will begin your James Michael Homes partnership with James Rippon, director and head designer. James will sit with you and come to understand how you live and what your needs and wants are for your new James Michael Home. James will then integrate your home ideas with the position of your allotment, its size, and feature the natural elements of sunlight and cooling ventilation maximising yours and your family’s comfort.
